Warranty and Terms & Conditions
Unipower warrants all equipment manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of up to sixteen months from date of sale. All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on tests Unipower believes to be reliable, the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed.
Notwithstanding any special extended or limited warranty published by Unipower, Unipower’s sole remedy will be to repair or replace any part of the equipment determined by Unipower to be defective. This warranty is exclusive, and is in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event will Unipower be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, whether due to breach of contract, breach of warranty, the negligence of Unipower, or otherwise.
Unipower makes no warranty in connection with accessories, equipment, materials or components sold but not manufactured by Unipower. These items are subject to the warranty, if any, of their manufacturer. Unipower will provide reasonable assistance in making any claim for breach of the original manufacturer warranty.
No statement or recommendation not contained herein will have any force or effect unless in an agreement signed by representatives of Unipower.

Cables and Lead Wires
Will be free from defects and perform at rated capacity at time of delivery.
Terms & Conditions
Net 30 days from date of invoice (with approved credit).
Unipower accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or pre-payment.
All orders are shipped on the basis of prices prevailing at the time the order is accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery and Transportation:
Unless agreed to by Unipower at time of order acceptance, all orders are FOB Unipower, prepay and add.
Credits and Exchange:
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must accompany all products returned for a credit or exchange. Please contact your distributor or Unipower for an RGA prior to returning any products. Items returned due to customer error are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
A Recycle Authorization (R) number must accompany all products returned for disposal. Please contact your distributor or Unipower for an R number prior to returning any products for disposal.
Shortages, Errors, and Shipping Damage:
All claims for shortages, errors, and shipping damage must be made within 7 business days of receipt of order to your distributor or Unipower.
